Nicole works very closely with our team of loan officers. She will collect your documents and process the loan once it moves to Application. Everyone on the team has the opportunity and obligation to contribute. We have a solid and proven process and procedures.

Peter Morris

Peter Morris has worked in the Mortgage Business since 1980. He is the VP of Reverse Mortgage Lending at Amres. His branch and division specializes in Reverse Mortgages. Peter is well respected in his industry by his peers and customers alike. He listens first as everyone’s situation is unique. He provides high quality service to new customers, as well as many repeat customers and the friends and family they have referred to him over the past many years. Peter is licensed in AZ, NH, CA, FL, GA, SC, NV, TN, CO, ID, MA, TX, CT and WY.
In his free time, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife, Nancy, of 39 years, their two daughters and sons-in-laws and grandsons. He enjoys working out, riding his Harley Davidson and spending quality time with family and friends. He and Nancy adopted a pit-terrier mix named Sophie.
Peter is a member of East Valley Synergy BNI, Sun Lakes Rotary Club and is the Head Coach of Hamilton High School’s hockey program. He is proud to have coached the D1 Team to their first State Championship in 2020.
Peter’s passion is helping seniors to enjoy the rest of their lives.

Nicole Webster has returned to the Mortgage Business after spending some time away in retail. She has a very strong background in customer service. Her attention to detail makes her such a strong member of our Team! She loves working with borrowers!
Nicole and her husband, Todd, have a son named Cooper and are expecting baby #2 in April! They are also dog-parents to a loving, rescue dog, Otis!
Nicole loves that her job allows her to do meaningful, and challenging work. She continues to keep her skills sharp and move ahead. She appreciates that the Reverse Resource Group Team also take time for the things that matter to them—friends, family and passions.

Todd Webster is relatively new to the Mortgage Business but a very knowledgeable and professional loan officer. His background too includes customer service. His customers have always held Todd in high esteem due to his extremely high standard of service. Todd is licensed in Washington and Texas.
Being a part of this family team with Peter and Nicole is key to success! We work very well together at our job and at home.
Todd believes it’s his privilege to help borrowers purchase their first home, upgrade or downgrade as their situation calls for or refinance to better their overall financial situation. Education is immensely important to Todd who recently obtained his Master’s Degree.

Jason Segraves
Jason brings with him the spirit of innovation, entrepreneurship, and hard work ethic. Jason spent his youth in the Midwest, observing and helping his grandfather design and build their home with the attention to detail. This attention to detail has served him well throughout his career in the corporate world of management. With his innovative style of creating new bridges for his clients and team members to cross over, Jason was able to transform each store that he was placed in into a fine-tuned machine, achieving honors within the company.
Jason ventured from the comfort of his hometown in 2007, landing at the doorstep of the desert, where he would soon meet his bride. Taking the plunge into family life, Jason married and is now the proud father of a rambunctious little boy.
As Jason’s in-laws gear up for retirement and seeing the needs of family and friends heading towards this new stage in their lives, Jason became deeply interested in finding solutions to the ongoing struggles homeowners find themselves in, especially when they want to enjoy an active lifestyle. Jason quickly dove into researching possible resources, acquired his license in the state of Arizona and is ready to bring all his experiences, innovations, and compassion into serving the customers of Reverse Resource Group as they fulfill their dreams by utilizing one of life’s biggest investments.

Jeanne Conroy
Jeanne is a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer specializing in the Reverse Mortgage business for the past 8 years working all facets of the business enabling her to be an expert in the field. She is well liked and respected by her peers and most importantly, the hundreds of customer's she's worked with. Jeanne's interactions with her customer's are simple, straightforward, and transparent. She'll discuss your needs and objectives, and if it makes sense, provides a solution tailored to your goals and timeframes.
In her free time, Jeanne enjoys the great outdoors of Southern California spending time at the ocean, mountains, and desert. She's grew up in Minnesota, graduated from the University of MN, and has been living on the West Coast for over 30 years with her son Patrick, three dogs, and her husband of almost 40 years. She is an avid hiker, runner, and biker while also enjoying music, especially classical. As a senior herself, Jeanne loves life and is committed to helping making the lives of her senior customers the very best!

Michael Montoya
Michael is a loan officer with a yes before no attitude. He was a jeweler for 10 years and brings his experience in luxury customer service to the mortgage Industry.
Originally from El Paso, Texas the things that matter most to him are God, Family, and Country.
When Michael’s not in the office you can catch him barbecuing with his family or the hanging out with his dogs. He’s a perfect addition to the family feel that Reverse Resource Group has.

Kelly gabler
Kelly Gabler joined the mortgage industry in 2020 after being in the real estate industry since 2015. She first connected with Peter Morris in 2021, when she sought his help with her Mother’s HECM for Purchase. After having a great experience with Peter and Nicole, as well as seeing the benefits that this wonderful product gave to her family, she has since had the pleasure of becoming a part of Peter’s team! She is currently licensed in AZ, CA, CO and FL.
Kelly has a background in construction finance and office management, prior to entering the real estate and mortgage industry. She also spent time in her younger years working in the Los Angeles recording studio industry, as a graduate of the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences in Tempe, AZ. She even traveled around the country with an independent band, which was a dream of hers!
In her free time, Kelly loves to spend time with family, hike, go out for live music with friends, and make the occasional trip to the racetrack for some fun training! She is also very passionate about animal welfare and has participated in rescue, fostering, trap and release, and has 2 rescue cats of her own – Wally and Winnie.
Kelly enjoys helping people find the best option to enjoy their homes!
